This Privacy Policy explains how Agensi Pekerjaan Final Choice Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201201028954 (1013441-H)) (“Final Choice”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data provided through this website and when you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email. It is issued in line with the PDPA.
1. Personal data we collect from employers
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, contact number, preferred contact method, preferred helper nationality, household requirements and any other information you include in your message.
Please do not send identity documents, salary slips or other personal documents through the enquiry form or in a first WhatsApp message. If documents are needed for your application, we will tell you how to provide them securely. [CONFIRM: preferred secure method for receiving documents]
2. Domestic helper candidate information
We publish limited biodata of domestic helper candidates only with the candidate’s consent. Published profiles use an agency reference code and may include a photograph, nationality, general work experience, skills and languages. We never publish passport or identity numbers, personal telephone numbers, home addresses, family details, medical records or immigration documents.
A candidate may ask us at any time to correct or remove her published profile. Profiles are removed or updated when a candidate is placed, withdraws or is no longer available. [CONFIRM: consent form wording and retention period]
3. Obligatory and voluntary information
On the enquiry form, your name, contact number and agreement to this policy are obligatory. If you do not provide them, we may not be able to respond. All other fields are voluntary.
4. How the enquiry form works
At present, the enquiry form does not store your details on any server. It opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and your enquiry is only sent when you press Send in WhatsApp. [UPDATE THIS PARAGRAPH if an online form service is connected later]
5. Why we use personal data
- to respond to your enquiry and recommend suitable domestic helpers;
- to provide the recruitment, placement and renewal services you engage us for;
- to prepare and submit applications to the relevant authorities when you ask us to;
- to keep records of our communications; and
- to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

6. Who we may disclose it to
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it, only as needed for the purposes above, to relevant Malaysian government agencies and source-country authorities when processing an application you have engaged us for; to service providers that support our operations, such as website hosting (GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub), email (Google) and messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta); to professional advisers; and where required or permitted by law. 7. Transfer outside Malaysia
